Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool facility. The Pool Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage staff. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of pool operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for guests - Oversee pool maintenance and cleanliness, including water quality testing and chemical balancing - Coordinate and supervise pool events, such as swim meets or pool parties - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records of revenue and expenses - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in hospitality or events management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience - Knowledge of pool operations, safety regulations, and water quality management - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed We offer competitive compensation based on experience along with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
